I Can't...

I can't sleep right.. If I go to bed early, I wake up tired. If I go to bed late, I wake up wide awake.. Why is this? I would love to know because it's actually weird. I don't have a problem with it but I don't know how that works, lol. It's kinda unique in a way because they say people who go to bed late are more energetic in the morning then the people who go to sleep early.  I don't know how that works. What triggers something in our body to respond better in the morning when we go to bed late? Is it your brain? I don't know,  but i'll try to get back round information to back this post up..

Interesting questions. Sometimes sleep or lack of sleep doesn't catch up with you for a few days. Perhaps you are tired after a good night's sleep because you're recovering from a crappy night's sleep two days ago...Maybe you feel energetic after a short sleep because you're running on adrenaline. That's what happens to me. But I'm glad you're researching this, I'll be excited to see what you discovered.

yoo i know how you feel man that be draining me because thats one of the reasons i dont like to sleep late a lot because i wake up like 8 or 9 but good post
