Will you raise your kids the same way your parents raised you? Nope, because just like your parents say. Well, some of you guys parents don't but, anyway ; "When you grow up, I want you to be better then me" The reason some parents say that is because when they were young they couldn't do what we did now, their past was hard. And all the mistakes they've made when they were younger, they don't want us to do the same. That's why they say I want you to be better then me, so when their not there anymore, and you become a successful person, they are watching you in heaven smiling :) because that's what all parents want from their kids. When I have my kids i'm going to tell him all the memories i've had in this school and over the years. I would tell him a whole bunch or memories from when I was younger :') And the number one thing I would tell them is "When you grow up I want you to be better then me" It actually keeps them motivated and makes sure they'll be prepared for anything. Always keep yourself motivated, because when your parents aren't here anymore. You just have to be strong. I can't wait to have my child :') so I can be the best parent ever! Do everything with my son that I wasn't able to do when I was younger, take him to places i've never been too! Take it into consideration what your parents tell you. even if it's bad. because we're the next generation.
